Jigs and fixtures
3D printed jigs and fixtures for your production line.
Custom tooling doesn't have to mean a long wait for machined metal. We print jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids in durable engineering plastics, shaped exactly to your part.

Why us
Made for the shop floor, near the shop floor.
Our workshop is in Chakan MIDC, right among the factories that use this kind of tooling. Come in, bring the part, and talk it through with the people who'll make it.
- Shapes that follow your part exactly
- Light and easy on operators and on your parts
- Simple to revise when the line changes
- Replacement fixtures from the same file

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Are 3D printed fixtures strong enough?
For many jigs and fixtures, yes, especially in nylon. Tell us the loads, temperatures and chemicals involved, and we'll recommend a material or tell you if it's a job for machining.
I only have the part, not a fixture design. Can you help?
Yes. Share the part or its CAD and tell us how it needs to be held. Our engineers can help with design and manufacturing guidance.
Can I come to the workshop with a sample?
Yes. We're in Chakan MIDC and open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Bring the part with you.
Can you remake a fixture if it wears out?
Yes. Once we have the file, a replacement or an improved version is a simple reorder.
