Processes
Six 3D printing and manufacturing processes under one roof.
Each process trades cost, strength, finish and lead time differently. We recommend the one that suits your part.

FDM 3D Printing
Rapid prototypes and durable functional engineering parts.
PLA · ABS · PETG · ASA · TPU · Nylon

SLA 3D Printing
High-detail models with excellent surface finish.
Standard resin · Clear resin · Tough resin · High temp resin

Selective Laser Sintering
Strong nylon components for functional testing.
PA11 · PA12 · Glass-filled nylon

Multi Jet Fusion
Production-grade nylon parts with high accuracy.
PA12 · PA11 · Glass-filled nylon

Vacuum Casting
Polyurethane parts for bridge and low-volume production.
ABS-like PU · PP-like PU · Rubber PU · Transparent PU
Tight tolerances
Precision Plastic Machining
Precision machining for engineering plastic components.
- POM
- Nylon
- PTFE
- PEEK
- HDPE

Choose by need
What does the part have to do?
I just need to see and hold it
The cheapest, fastest way to check size and shape, usually in PLA or PETG.
FDMIt has to look like the real product
Smooth surfaces and fine detail for display models and marketing samples. Clear parts too.
SLA or vacuum castingIt has to survive testing
Strong PA12 and PA11 parts for fit, snap fits and functional tests.
SLS or MJF nylonI need 50 to 500 of them
Repeatable short runs without paying for an injection mould.
MJF or vacuum castingThe tolerances are tight
CNC-machined POM, PTFE, PEEK, nylon and HDPE for precision parts.
