Low-volume production

Low-volume 3D printing and production, without a mould.

Need tens or hundreds of parts, not tens of thousands? Short runs let you launch, test the market or bridge the gap to tooling without the cost of an injection mould.

Why us

Make what you need, when you need it.

Tooling makes sense at high volume. Before that, it ties up money in a design that may still change. Short runs keep your design free to improve between batches.

  • No injection mould to pay for up front
  • Design changes between batches stay simple
  • Repeatable quality with production-grade nylon
  • Each part inspected before dispatch

What you can make

When a short run makes sense.

  • Bridge production

Keep supplying parts while your injection tooling is being made.

  • Product launches

Ship a first batch and learn from customers before you scale.

  • Spare parts

Make small batches of parts that are out of stock or no longer made.

  • Custom variants

Offer small versions of a product that would never justify a mould.

  • Marketing samples

Finished samples for trade shows, sales teams and customers.

  • End-use components

Durable parts for machines, automation and consumer products.

How it works

Four steps from file to parts.

  1. 01

    Send your file

STL, STEP or a drawing. Only have the old part? We can reverse engineer it.

  2. 02

    Get a quote

We check the design, pick the process and material, and send price and lead time within 24 hours.

  3. 03

    We make it

Printed or machined, finished, and inspected for dimensional accuracy.

  4. 04

    You get the parts

Packed and delivered on the date we agreed.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How many parts counts as low volume?

Typically tens to hundreds. Send your quantity and we'll tell you which process makes sense at that number.

When should I move to injection moulding?

When your design is stable and your volume can justify the tooling. Until then, short runs keep you flexible. We can talk through your numbers.

Will every part in a batch match?

MJF is chosen for its repeatability, and each part is inspected for dimensional accuracy and quality before dispatch.

Can you supply repeat batches?

Yes. Send us the same file when you need more, and tell us if anything has changed.
