Rapid prototyping
Rapid prototyping that gets your design tested sooner.
Find the problems while they're still cheap to fix. We turn your CAD into real parts you can hold, assemble and test, from early concept models to functional prototypes.

Why us
A prototype answers what a screen can't.
Every iteration you test before tooling lowers the risk of an expensive change later. Tell us what the prototype has to prove, and we'll choose the process that answers that question at the lowest cost.
- Engineers review each design for manufacturability
- From a rough concept model to a functional prototype
- Six processes, so you're not limited to one technology
- Quote within 24 hours, so iterations keep moving
What you can make
What a prototype can prove.
Concept models
Check size, shape and feel early, at the lowest cost.
Fit checks
See how parts assemble with each other and with bought components.
Functional testing
Put strong nylon parts through real loads, snap fits and movement.
Appearance models
Smooth, finished models for reviews, investors and customers.
Clear parts
Transparent resin to see inside an assembly or test light paths.
Pre-production samples
Cast polyurethane parts that look and feel like the production plastic.
Processes
Which process for which prototype.

FDM 3D Printing
The fastest, most affordable way to check size, shape and fit.
PLA · ABS · PETG · ASA · TPU · Nylon

SLA 3D Printing
High detail and a smooth finish for appearance models and clear parts.
Standard resin · Clear resin · Tough resin · High temp resin

Selective Laser Sintering
Strong nylon for functional tests and snap fits, with no supports.
PA11 · PA12 · Glass-filled nylon

Multi Jet Fusion
Repeatable nylon parts when the prototype must match production.
PA12 · PA11 · Glass-filled nylon

Vacuum Casting
Production-like plastics and finish for validation and samples.
ABS-like PU · PP-like PU · Rubber PU · Transparent PU
Tight tolerances
Precision Plastic Machining
Machined engineering plastics when tolerances decide the test.

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Which process should I use for my prototype?
It depends on what the prototype has to prove. Use FDM to check size and fit, SLA for appearance, and SLS or MJF for strength. Tell us the goal and we'll recommend one.
Do you review my design before printing?
Yes. Our engineers check it for manufacturability and recommend a process and material as part of the quote.
Can the prototype move into production with you?
Yes. When you're ready, we can make short runs with MJF, vacuum casting or plastic machining.
Which file should I send?
A STEP file is best because it keeps the exact geometry. STL, IGES, OBJ and 3MF work too. If all you have is a drawing, a sketch or a photo, send that and we'll tell you what we need.
